This year, on October 1, 2023, we celebrate our 12.5-year anniversary! It’s a special moment, especially because we are proud and grateful for all the customers who have joined us on our journey of growth. So, what do you do when you’ve been around for 12.5 years? Well, you certainly give an interview in a festive location! In this interview video, founders Bert Boonstra and Wim Pullens talk about the past, present, and future of Unexus. How have we been able to achieve such significant growth, where is our focus, and what plans do we have for the coming period?

Close and personal contact

During a period of growth, we also strive to maintain contact with our customers. Without them, we couldn’t have built such a strong product. That’s why we are particularly proud that our first customer, Zayaz, is still a customer of ours, and we continue to receive positive feedback from our customer base. “We maintain close relationships with our customers and keep personal contact while providing a flexible and easy-to-use solution,” says Commercial Director Wim Pullens.

Continuous development

We take customer feedback seriously, which keeps us sharp. This consistently results in a positive collaboration and a better platform. What developments are happening now that we want to focus on in the near future? Technical Director Bert Boonstra can provide more details on that: “The Unexus platform offers omnichannel customer contact while presenting a unified interface for employees.
