John will start in December 2021 and will ensure further improvements and professionalization of our business operations by evaluating and optimizing the processes. In this news item we briefly introduce him to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From account manager to manager support and operations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>John is certainly no stranger here at Unexus. He has been involved in expanding and maintaining our customer relationships as an Account Manager since 2015. John has a broad interest in all aspects of ICT. During his career he has often selected, optimized and operationally managed ICT, marketing and customer service systems. \u201c<em>I have a weakness for well-thought-out systems, which is one of the reasons why I started working at Unexus<\/em>,\u201d John explains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New role<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As a support &amp; operations manager, John will support our team of consultants and supportdesk officers. <em>\u201cWith this team we\u2019ll keep in regular contact with our customers in order to improve processes and suggest new opportunities.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked what he hopes to achieve, John says: \u201c<em>The current operational team consists of professionals who do what they promise. It is a privilege, together with my colleagues, to ensure that we further expand our service. I look forward to helping our customers get the most out of our platform in a targeted and measurable way.
